 Converted pub. Twangy music, no tablecloth but pretty elephant tablemats.

Meat samosa. Very spicy.

Nihari chicken.

 Staff quite attentive, nice atmosphere.

9.6.18 Hatch Gate Burghfield

Visited here a while back. It is a pub with half of it set at an Indian retaurant.
Really pleased to have Adrian and Jackie join us this time.
White tablecloths, friendly staff though service sometimes erratic.
Quite spicy.
After eight and Ferreror rocher didn't help the diet, but very nice.

Nice atmosphere , authentic music.

 Cloth napkins, white tablecloth. 

Comfortable seats.

Tiger and Bangla available in bottles 

Ashish kebab which was very nice. Property lemon squeezer.

Shabuz e murgh

Strange complimentary sorbet between courses!

Tikka was lovely. Alan's wasn't hot but nice enough. Service a little erratic, a bit rushed but took ages to get the Coke.

Hot cloth napkins opened for us.

5.5.18 Dilraj Clitheroe

Alan disconcerted by ordering before going to table. No bottled Indian beers. 
Good service.  
Warm and crispy poppadoms. Alan had Tawa chicken starter. Nice.

Naga chicken and Chicken tikka for mains. Mine was delicious and came with vegetable curry and salad. Served on sizzler.

 Alan not impressed with Bombay aloo.

3.2.18 Asian Spice Tilehurst

Found a new one, looked as if it had opened pretty recently but waiter said 5 year. Plenty of staff. Starter nice. Naga chicken and Chicken tandoori ordered but both of us felt the chicken lacked flavour.

21.1.18 Mango Lounge Windsor

Fancied a run out this weekend so visited Windsor. Found an Indian restaurant close to the castle. You could tell that they  often have to turn the tables around quickly in busy tourist season, the service was quicker than McDonalds. Nice complementary   potato pre starter served on a slate heart. Poppadoms small but nice. Alan had Naga Chicken which wasn't hot. 7 1/2

Celebrating Tesni's 21st at the Oink Olive. Still missing my after dinner mints and service a bit slow tonight! best bit was having the four of us out together.
